The Pentax System includes a complete selection of easily interchangeable viewfinders for the Pentax LX camera. Since the light metering is done inside the body, full exposure automation is available with any viewfinder.
FA-1 Eye-Level Finder
This is the LX standard pentaprism viewfinder. Bright, eye-level viewing is combined with full data visibility and a TTL-coupled “X” sync hotshoe. Continuous diopter correction is from -1.5 to 0.
FA-1W Eye-Level Finder
This finder has all the convenient features of the FA-1 with the addition of extended diopter range from -3 to +1.
FA-2 Eye-Level Finder
The FA-2 finder is for those who want the convenience of the FA-1 finder but without the built-in hotshoe for electronic flash. F-stop information is not visible.
FE-1 Magni-Finder
This waist-level finder features both high image magnification and diopter correction from -5 to +4. It is ideal for close-up photography and situations where precise focusing is critical. All data except f/stop setting is visible in the viewfinder.
FF-1 Waist-Level Finder
This space-saving finder provides bright, clear, waist-level viewing yet folds almost flat when not in use. All data is visible in the viewfinder except f/stop setting.
FB-1 System Finder
This exclusive Pentax system viewfinder features the versatility of three optional viewing eyepieces plus full data visibility. The following three eyepieces are quickly attached to the FB-1 finder with a sturdy bayonet mount.
FC-1 Action Eyepiece
This eyepiece rotates a full 360º for total versatility in viewing angle from waist level to eye level. High eyepoint design allows image visibility up to 60mm from the eyepiece.
FD-1 Magni-Eyepiece
A 45º angle fo view is combined with built-in diopter correction from -4.5 to +3.
FD-2 Standard Eyepiece
The 45º angle of view of this eyepiece makes it ideal for microscope use, copy work or general photography.
